2 cans (6 oz) Bumble Bee® Lump Crabmeat, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 slices of bread broken into chunks
1 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine crab, onion, celery, bread, thyme, melted butter and eggs. Gently mix ingredients and pour into prepared 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 3 cups of stuffing.
Use as stuffing for chicken or turkey or salmon recipes.
